1. Acceptance of Terms
By using thexstudio.vercel.app or engaging THE X STUDIO for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
THE X STUDIO provides web design, frontend and backend development (React, Next.js, Node.js), AI chatbot integration, ecommerce development, SEO optimization, and deployment management. Detailed service descriptions are available on our /services page. Each project scope is defined in a separate project agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
Client-provided content (text, images, logos, brand assets) remains the property of the client. Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverable code. THE X STUDIO retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed. Our proprietary code, libraries, design systems, and internal tools remain our intellectual property.
4. Payment Terms
Pricing follows our published rates (see /pricing page): landing pages from ₹4,999, multi-page websites from ₹14,999, custom web apps from ₹49,999, and AI solutions from ₹39,999. A 50% advance is required to commence work. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery. Payments are processed via Razorpay (UPI, credit/debit card, netbanking). Refunds are evaluated case-by-case for work not yet delivered.
5. Project Timeline & Delivery
Estimated timelines are provided at project kickoff. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing content, or scope changes extend the timeline proportionally. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, third-party service outages, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
6. Revisions & Change Requests
Projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are billed at our hourly rate. Scope changes (new features, pages, or functionality not in the original agreement) may require revised pricing and timeline.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential. NDAs are available on request and signed before project start. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the project agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
THE X STUDIO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 7 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date at the proportional rate defined in the project agreement.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
